Our Spec Sheets page has been a major resource for anyone looking to submit detailed bids. While having been created a few months ago, we have received tons of feedback and suggestions about this page. The feedback was complied and we answered the requests heard most.
We polled our featured suppliers, asking them to provide the specifications for their most popular products. They came through in a big way. You won't find a complete product catalog here, but limiting the number of products listed allows for ease of navigation and we've tried our best to include a wide variety of products to suit most bid situations. You'll find the top products from Berk-Tek, CPI, Corning, CommScope, General Cable, Panduit, Leviton, and Belden.
I see this page as being fluid, with constant modifications to keep up to speed with the latest offerings of the each manufacturer. Be sure to keep the Spec Sheets page handy the next time you're working on a bid and feel free to let us know how it can be improved.
Leave your suggestions in the comments section below.

It's a sad day. We're wrapping up what has been, by all accounts, an awesome BICSI show. I hope this blog and its unique reporting provided some insight for those who couldn't attend. From what I've seen, 2010 is shaping up to be a great year for our industry.

Final Day At Winter BICSI 2010
From Stephen Chew:
The BICSI Winter 2010 show ended with a 2 hour finale on Wednesday. Two hours isn't much time to hit the exhibits but I was able to come across a few interesting ones.
OCC had on display there latest offering to eliminate in-building cell phone dead zones.

Leviton's big 20x20 exhibit extensively showcased their infrastructure solutions, including their Connected Home products, which included the flexible SlimLine patch cord. Click here to download Levitons 2010 Connected Home Catalog.
You had to give Belden's exhibit a TEN for their highly touted Total Enterprise Networks solution. Click to see Belden's top 10 criteria before selecting an enterprise partner.
Shielded cable was the rage at Hitachi's booth. Eddie, Steven, and Mike were busy explaining the security benefits of the shielded solution
With Accu-Tech digging into the world of Outside Plant, I was excited to visit the 18 wheeler trailer that was tricked out with ADC solutions.
Kevin Dorminy, a long time friend of Accu-Tech, spent the show explaining why Hoffman is an industry leader in metal enclosures. Pictured is Kevin along side the AccessPlus II double hinged enclosure.
My last stop at the show was industry innovator Specified Technologies Inc., or as they are more commonly called, STI Firestop. These guys always have a story to tell and provide a product that both enhances your bottom line and adds to the overall safety of people and buildings. Their latest offering which hits the market soon, is the Ready Firestop Grommet, a single cable penetration that eliminates sleeves, sealant & putty. Check out STI Firestop in the next few weeks for the official launch.
