Announcing the Release of the New Arecont MegaVideo G5 IP Megapixel Cameras

Accu-Tech is excited to announce the new Arecont Vision MegaVideo G5 IP Megapixel Cameras! This line of affordable MegaVideo G5 IP Megapixel Cameras has been upgraded to include multiple game changing features including CorridorView, non-integer scaling, STELLAR (Spatio Temporal Low Light Architecture) low light technology, remote focus/zoom, p-iris lens functionality, and on-board storage. With multiple lens and housing options, you can ensure the right set up to handle a variety of security needs, including those with challenging lighting conditions. 

The new CorridorView feature allows the camera’s image to be rotated 90 degrees to reduce capturing unnecessary data. This works great for narrow hallways where pixels are often wasted due to capturing the surrounding walls. Non-integer scaling provides the ability to scale images to different resolutions down to 128x96. This flexibility allows users to tailor their system for their specific need; reducing system bandwidth, storage requirements, and the associated costs. The MegaVideo G5 includes remote zoom/focus, making it easy for an installer to accurately focus the camera remotely.
