Within our industry, it's next to impossible to find someone who doesn't know Frank Bisbee. He is a wealth of information and has been involved in this industry since it's infancy. Frank's main site, wireville.com, hosts his monthly news column Heard On The Street (HOTS). To call HOTS a column is a vast understatement.
