Ruggedized Solutions from Zero Connect

Zero Connect offers a wide range of products designed for industrial and harsh environment settings. These products are offered for both fiber and copper and provide customers with plug and play solutions for a wide variety of applications, including Small Cell Systems, Distributed Antenna Systems, Security/CCTV, Broadcast, Stadium/Large Public Venue, Industrial/Oil/Gas and Wind Turbines. 

Fiber

We offer a wide variety of outside plant, indoor/outdoor and armored fiber constructions designed for the rigorous outdoor or industrial settings. These products can be pre-terminated with IP67/IP68 rated connectors to create a dust proof and waterproof point of entry into enclosures at the base of cell towers and at the distribution enclosure at the top of the towers. These ruggedized connectors can also be used in factory settings or anywhere dirt, dust and chemicals need to be kept isolated from data equipment, cameras or automated machines that fiber is being plugged into. 

Copper

Zero Connect offers CAT 5e, CAT 6 and CAT 6A solutions in various outdoor and industrial rated constructions. Zero Connect offers products ranging from basic industrial grade indoor to Indoor/Outdoor rated double shielded 600V ruggedized cable. These products can be terminated with standard RJ45 plugs, ruggedized industrial RJ45 plug, IP67 Rated RJ45 Plugs for waterproof or dust-proof requirements or with a basic cable gland to provide a dust and waterproof seal where the cables pass through an enclosure wall or equipment panel. Common uses for these ruggedized products are wind turbines, manufacturing plants, oil and gas refineries, mining environments and security/CCTV in outdoor settings.
