As part of Siemon's LightBow Madness Contest, Blake Graff, a Siemon Certified Installer from Southern Maryland Cable, terminated a Siemon LC fiber connector in an amazing **15.9 seconds** using the LightBow mechanical splice fiber termination system. Considering that this 15.9 second termination included every step from fiber strip, cleave, and clean to connector termination to strain relief boot installation, the folks at Siemon honestly thought it would never be beaten.  * They were **wrong.* Rafael Braz, a Siemon sales representative based in Brazil, blew the previous record out of the water with an unreal **11.43 second** LC fiber termination using the LightBow system.
