# Arecont Vision - Channel Partners Certification Program

Dubbed the Channel Partner Certification Program (CPCP), integrators, distributors, architects and engineers are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to design, install and support megapixel video surveillance solutions. The CPCP brings your industry relationship to a newfound level: instead of simply buying something, you or your employees can understand what you just bought, how it works, when you should use it, and more to help reduce costs and increase your effectiveness and efficiency.

 

Going a level beyond the normal CPCP, Advanced attendees are able to learn from Arecont Vision system design experts how to develop complete IP megapixel security solutions, including camera selection and layout. Additional advanced learning sections include density requirements, troubleshooting, exposure setitngs, illumination and other principles of IP megapixel solutions.

 

### The Benefits Of Certification

**Education:**  
 The attendee will receive a thorough education on megapixel technology and Arecont Vision products. They will learn to develop complete megapixel solutions from an Arecont Vision expert. The attendee will be presented with a Certificate of Completion at the end of the certification.

**Promotion:**  
 The attendee can promote that he/she is certified to his/her clientele.

**Leads:**  
 Certified resellers will receive preference on leads and projects.

**Web Presence:**  
 Certified Channel Partners will be listed on the Arecont Vision website with a link to their websites.

**Demo Equipment:**  
 Certified Channel Partners will be allowed to purchase demo cameras at substantial discounts.

- Megapixel - where it was, where it is now and where it will go
- The advantages of H.264 and how Arecont Vision implemented it
- Understanding pixel density / pixels on target
- Optics & sensor technology (CMOS vs. CCD)
- Designing a megapixel system
- Arecont Vision differentiators
- The Arecont Vision product lineup
- Hands on setup, configuration, troubleshooting
