    Hubbell Premise Wiring: The iStation HDMI Keystone Coupler

    Hubbell's iStation UTP 110 Anywhere AV Extenders and Connectors have beenmaking waves with contractors and integrators since their release earlier this year. With a simplified low voltage network transmitting data over UTP cable instead of expensive and hard to find AV specialty cables, networks are starting to converge over a single technology the likes of which hasn't been seen since VoIP integration!

    One highlight from the iStation solution set that makes this possible is the HDMI Keystone Coupler. While Hubbell has a variety of different couplers, inserts, faceplates and mounting options available, bringing HDMI - the flagship transmission technology of AV systems - into an easily configurable and quality connection point is a major accomplishment in technology convergence. This connector enables true high definition 1080p video, and is the perfect upgrade path for premise wiring and cabling installs today.
