With a simplified low voltage network transmitting data over UTP cable instead of expensive and hard to find AV specialty cables, networks are starting to converge over a single technology the likes of which hasn't been seen since VoIP integration! image: https://www.accu-tech.com/hs-fs/hub/54495/file-2372653245.jpg --- {% set baseFontFamily = "Open Sans" %} /* Add the font family you wish to use. With a simplified low voltage network transmitting data over UTP cable instead of expensive and hard to find AV specialty cables, networks are starting to converge over a single technology the likes of which hasn't been seen since VoIP integration! One highlight from the iStation solution set that makes this possible is the HDMI Keystone Coupler. While Hubbell has a variety of different couplers, inserts, faceplates and mounting options available, bringing HDMI - the flagship transmission technology of AV systems - into an easily configurable and quality connection point is a major accomplishment in technology convergence. This connector enables true high definition 1080p video, and is the perfect upgrade path for premise wiring and cabling installs today.     ![Hubbell_Coupler_Image-1](https://www.accu-tech.com/hs-fs/hub/54495/file-2372653245.jpg?width=225&name=file-2372653245.jpg)   Some of the specifications and features of the HDMI Keystone Coupler include: | ** Features** | ** Specifications** | | --- | --- | | Connector: HDMI - Female to Female Coupler Gold Plated 2μin Version 1.4 | Standard male A connector version HDMI Cable Assemblies | | Audio signal: PCM, DVD-Audio, Super Audio CD, Dolby True HD, DTS-HD Master Audio | Distance Limitations: Category 1 – 28 AWG Cable Assemblies 5-Meters | | Video signal: 480i, 480p, 576i, 576p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p | Distance Limitations: Category 2 – 24 AWG Cable Assemblies 12-Meters | | Pins: 19 | Maximum of 12 meters device to device | |   |   |   ### [ HDMI Keystone Coupler Spec Sheet](https://www.accu-tech.com/Portals/54495/docs/Hubbell_HDMI%20Keystone%20Coupler.pdf) ![Hubbell_Coupler_PDF-1](https://www.accu-tech.com/hs-fs/hub/54495/file-2372653265.jpg) For more information on the iStation HDMI keystone coupler, on how Hubbell products can improve efficiency and installation times on your next job, or for other telecommunications questions, [contact your local Accu-Tech representative](https://www.accu-tech.com/contact) today! - [Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) Topics: [Hubbell Premise Wiring](https://www.accu-tech.com/accu-insider/topic/hubbell-premise-wiring) [av](https://www.accu-tech.com/accu-insider/topic/av) [hubbell](https://www.accu-tech.com/accu-insider/topic/hubbell) [extender](https://www.accu-tech.com/accu-insider/topic/extender) ### Subscribe To Our Blog ### Additional Information ### About Accu-Tech Accu-Tech is a national distributor of Voice, Data, AV, Wireless, and Security solutions.
