OCC has engineered products that help make sure their residents stay connected and safe. Their Senior Living customers rely on OCC for more than just products...OCC also provides reliability and security. Customers can count on OCC's team of Multimedia Design Integration Specialists (MDIS Certified Installers) and channel partners to provide the expertise required for seamless network design and integration, along with optimum reliability.  **MDU Residential Distribution System** is used in these communities to help residents stay connected with friends and family. Along with POL, this Multiple Service Distribution Enclosure (MSDE) combines fiber and power to save money on infrastructure costs for new and existing MDU projects. **Field Terminable Direct Attach Plugs** are used to monitor residents, used for access control, CCTV cameras, Audio Video teleconferencing, resident tracking and other security measures. This suite of products can contribute to care quality and cost savings by providing telemedicine opportunities which allow residents to have a consultation in their room without having to leave. OCC’s products allow upgrades to existing facilities and to state-of-the-art, smart and safe communities, as well as in new construction. With these products, Senior Living Facilities can use a necklace or bracelet worn by the resident to manage their access to entrances and to track location within the community. You get more than just products from OCC...you get expertise, reliability and security. In addition to design-build capabilities, their design engineers and technical staff provide unprecedented service, support and assistance.
