The latest version of the following FAR and DFARS clauses, when applicable as indicated below, is incorporated by reference into all Accu-Tech Corporation purchase orders in support of federal government contracts. The full text of the clause is available at www.acquisition.gov. To the extent permitted by applicable law and where necessary to effectuate the applicable clauses set forth below, the term "subcontract" shall mean Accu-Tech Corporation purchase order, "Contractor" shall mean the "Seller" identified in the Accu-Tech Corporation purchase order, "Government" shall mean Accu-Tech Corporation and the term "Contracting Officer" shall mean Buyer's authorized representative.
