BlueWave Security provides end-to-end, IP-based physical access control solutions that deliver BOTH traditional electronic access control and Wi-Fi-enabled, stand-alone battery-operated locksets in one integrated package.
Each door in a BlueWave system is managed by a BlueWave NetGen IP Door Controller and connects directly to the IP network using either the Ethernet (IEEE 802.3) or Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11) standards. The Cyclone battery-powered, stand-alone lockset can be used as a lower-cost alternative, and connects to the IP network using Wi-Fi.
The BlueView Professional and Enterprise software applications can manage a single door, or scale to large enterprise deployments with multiple administrators, hundreds of doors and tens of thousands of users in multiple locations.
STAND-ALONE BATTERY OPERATED LOCKS: Easy to install and typically less expensive than panel-based systems.
PANEL-BASED SYSTEMS: Panel-based systems provide great flexibility in the choice of credential readers and locking mechanisms. In some cases they provide real-time audit information.
