Of course, to enable all of those technologies, your building will need to rely upon your infrastructure to power and connect every solution. That infrastructure lies in your data center. So, how do you ensure your data center can support the goals you have for your smart building's capabilities?  "Digital building devices are going to add three to four times as many devices to your network - be prepared," says Todd Frederes at Cisco. It's essential to begin preparing now for this influx of devices and the demands they'll place onto your network.
